Biographical Sketch: Nadia Siddiqui, MPH, is Senior Health Policy Analyst at the Texas Health Institute, where she conducts research and evaluation of national, state and local public health needs, programs and policies. She serves as project manager and lead analyst on multiple initiatives at THI, including: a series of analyses on the implementation and implications of health care reform law for racial/ethnic populations; a multi-year policy initiative on advancing public health preparedness for diverse communities; a national study on racial/ethnic health disparities in climate change; a series of local and community health assessments targeting underserved populations; and research on issues of the safety net, suburban health care, and regionalization of care. Ms. Siddiqui holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
