Biographical Sketch:
Ebbin Dotson, PhD, MHSA is the Executive Director of the Health Professions Pathway Program at the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) where he provides strategic leadership and vision to the future of the Health Professions programs at CCC. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas School of Public Health. His research topics include healthcare management, policy, leadership, diversity, health disparities, and the macro-micro management nexus in healthcare organizations. In emergency preparedness research, Dr. Dotson is focused on effective coordination of organizations and the influence of diversity on decision-making. Dr. Dotson received his PhD from the University of California at Berkeley School of Public Health, and earned a MHSA from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
