In addition, the participants will be able to review models for tracking and measuring productivity of staff and contracted interpreters. The models were developed by a multi-disciplinary team at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview. The data which allowed the successful implementation of these models was collected over a period of 3 years. By completing this session, the participants will have the tools to improve data collection for interpreter services programs, measure efficiency of employed/contracted interpreters and develop a reliable productivity metric for staff interpreters.
