Engaging Ethnic Media Marketing to Reduce Health Disparities

We will discuss the value of ethnic media in arming our cultural communities with believable, reliable and accessible information about health policy and access issues that have resulted in the disparity in health outcomes between members of communities of color and the general population. We will discuss instutions and programs that developed policy and practices engaging ethnic media to create awareness and access that result in increased response to and utilization of health resources by people of color.
