Biographical Sketch: David Hunt is the President and CEO of Critical Measures, LLC. An attorney, consultant and diversity trainer, Hunt has specialized expertise in cross-cultural conflict resolution and cross-cultural health care. A former employment law and civil rights attorney, David Hunt has litigated discrimination cases and mediated cases that directly involve cross-cultural conflict. Hunt is an authorized facilitator of Dr. Mitchell Hammer's Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory. Hunt has provided training workshops on cross-cultural conflict for attorneys, educators and health care professionals. Recently, he served as the Public Policy Chair for the Minnesota Immigration Health Task Force and authored a chapter in the recently released medical textbook entitled "Immigrant Medicine" (Elsevier, 2007) Hunt's chapter was titled: “Providers’ Legal Obligations to Provide Language Assistance Services.”
