Biographical Sketch: Siobhan Champ-Blackwell is the Community Outreach Liaison for the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, MidContinental Region (http://nnlm.gov/mcr) the NN/LM is a national network of medical libraries served by 8 regional medical libraries, contracted through the National Library of Medicine. Ms. Champ-Blackwell's role in her region is to find ways to increase access to health information for underserved populations and the health care providers who serve them.
